Plot In a hospital, surgeon Jason transplants Gabriel Wilkins's heart with his cake and use his wish. Later, Gabriel wakes up in a hospital and sees Jane Wilkins and his daughter visits him. Jane thanks to Jason and she and her daughter go to cake shop. Gabriel saves his life after his heart transplant but Jason talks to him that cake is his cake. Later, at Gabriel's house, Jane and her daughter are shocked to see Jason eating the cake on his chest. He turns-and in a cold, evil voice, saying, "MYYYYYYYY CAAAAAAAKE!"
